Sash Order Processing
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of receiving both your order and full payment.
Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.Printing takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only.
PANIC ORDER - We understand that sometimes orders are needed urgently. Contact us, and we’ll do our best to deliver on time.
Stole Order Processing
We aim to dispatch your order within 4-6 weeks of receiving both your order and full payment (unless we receive a Purchase Order).. Shipping & Delivery
We use Australia Post and several Couriers. We always choose the fastest method to be delivered.Once your order has been dispatched, delivery delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control. However, we always do our utmost to ensure your experience is as smooth and reliable as possible
Please ensure your postal address and postcode are entered correctly—we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
Product Details
SASHES
Our standard sashes are one size fits most (approx. 1.8m length × 100mm width).Ribbon colour swatches can be provided for colour-matching upon request.
The colours shown in our online designer are an approximate representation only. Monitor settings may affect how colours appear.
Lighter prints on light ribbons (e.g. white on pink) and darker prints on dark ribbons (e.g. black on navy) may reduce readability. Please choose carefully.
Some foil colours produce different effects depending on sash colour (e.g. “white” foil may appear slightly tinted). If your chosen combination is unsuitable, we’ll contact you before printing.
STOLES
Our Stoles come in 3 sizes - 45/60/72 inch lengths. However we are happy to custom make your size..
Stole colours are endless. View our Fabric Chart or advise your required pantone colour and we ccan match with our extensive range of colours..
Our team will guide you through the process of creating your Graduation Stole. Artwork will be prepared and provided for your review, and production will commence once the design has been formally approved. Please note that colour representation may vary between monitors; however, we will make every effort to ensure the artwork reflects the final printed product as accurately as possible

Logos
Yes, we can add your business or organisation logo. Please contact us directly for file requirements and instructions. Please provide a 300DPI image of your logo (JPEG, PNG OR PDF Version)
Full-colour sashes are screen printed, which involves additional steps and therefore a higher cost.
Graduation stoles may be screen printed, or sublimation printed. Depending on method, they may be sewn before or after printing. A small seam gap may be visible—this is part of the manufacturing process.

Refunds & Returns
Refunds are not available once your order has entered production or has been printed.
Refunds are not available for orders that have already been dispatched unless the items are faulty, damaged, or printed incorrectly due to an error on our part.
In the event of an error by The Sash Company Australia, we will, at our discretion, either reprint the affected items or provide a refund.
Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items that have been used, worn, or altered are not eligible for a refund.
Please note: Approval of artwork constitutes acceptance of all spelling, design, colours, logos, and layout. Refunds or reprints will not be provided for errors approved by the customer prior to production.
Printing Methods
Sashes are printed with a thermal printer (foil adheres to ribbon threads). This may result in less solid coverage compared to screen printing, which is reflected in our pricing.Full-colour sashes are screen printed, which involves additional steps and therefore a higher cost.
