How it works:

The competitor must be an Australian ABN-registered business that is currently trading.

The product must be identical to ours (same size, colour, fabric, style, stitching, material, and with no changes). Please include the competitor’s artwork in your email.

A valid competitor quote or invoice is required, addressed to your company name and billing address. The document must clearly show:

The date (within 7 days of your request)

Price per item

Total order amount

Full product details (colour, style, print, material)

Once verified, our team will confirm the Price Match. If the quote cannot be validated, we won’t be able to proceed.
